Job Summary
The overall role of Manager, Trade Marketing Development is to develop strategies to achieve annual sales KPI of all products and demonstrate responsibilities in the aspects of Market Execution (ME) Vs Marketing Demand Creation (DC) in all trade market channels such as HoReCa, Modern Trade and Corporate.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Manager, Sales to develop sales channel model, demand planning, rules of order generation, product-based rules of merchandising and distribution
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify opportunity to grow market both horizontal growth and vertical growth
- Develop KPI of Market Execution Dashboard to achieve plan of Demand Creation (DC) by product
- Release annual SWOT evaluation on Market Execution to drive annual sales forecasting by product
- Manage and implement sales activities and budget plan for all products as well as corporate with cross group functions to achieve annual KBI (Key Business Indicator) of company
- Conduct research on Customers’ Experiences for a best sales performance in competitive industries
- Other tasks assigned by General Manager, Group Operations
Success Factors
- Achieving annual corporate KPI for company and annual sales target for all product require strong sales strategy and management

Qualifications
- Education:
- Master Degree in Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant fields
- Experiences:
- Possess 7 years’ experience in sales management, preferably with FMCG or Trading
- Proven leadership experience in managing large team
- Skills and knowledge:
- Good communication, coaching and presentation.
- Good command of both English and Khmer (Chinese is a plus)
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio and Project)
- Ability to learn and use new technologies
