Technician, Quality Control

Job Summary

The overall role of Technician, Quality Control is to check and verify the specifications and parameters to ensure product quality in each process stage.

Key Responsibilities

  1. To check the quality inspection in the noodle process and SSN packaging following each parameter to ensure specifications are met and make report release control.
  2. To conduct calibration and verification (QAM and in Process control) as planned with yearly monitoring results /Quality. Collect and keep certificated of calibration/verification from third parties (external documents)
  3. To conduct training sensory test and panelist selection for daily sensory.
  4. Perform daily quality analysis of the semi-FG (Kansui and Soup) of the Noodle cake process and finished products following each parameter to ensure specifications are met in the laboratory.
  5. To consolidate all data of QAM and prepare monthly reports.
  6. Skills up chemical and biological laboratory analysis and support in-process control
  7. Other tasks assigned by superior.

Qualifications

  1. Education:
    • Bachelor Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Bio-Industry, Agro-Industry or related fields
  2. Experiences:
    • Fresh graduated or At least 1-year experience in food manufacturing or related fields
  3. Skills and knowledge:
    • Good command of Ms Office (Word, excel, PowerPoint)
