Developer, Business Intelligence

Job Summary

Developer, Business Intelligece will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards using Power BI, SSRS, and other reporting tools
2. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure reports meet their needs
3. Create and manage data models, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
4. Optimize report performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise
5. Provide training and support to end-users on the use of reports and dashboards
6. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in reporting and data visualization
7. Support any other tasks assigned by superior

Success Factors

1. Ensuring the data used in reports is accurate and consistent across various sources
2. Keeping up with changing business requirements and priorities

Qualifications

1. Education:
   • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Related field

2. Experiences:

• 4+ years of experience in report development using Power BI, SSRS, or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and database management.
• Experience with data modelling and data visualization best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with DAX and Power Query is a plus.
