Job Summary

Creating visually engaging and informative posters, icons, and pictographs that support our training and development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design and create visually compelling posters, icons, and pictographs tailored to training and development materials.
2. Collaborate with the training team to understand content and objectives to be represented visually.
3. Translate complex training content into clear and intuitive visual representations.
4. Ensure consistency in design across all training materials and maintain brand identity guidelines.
5. Take part in training facilitation or be a trainer Revise and update existing graphics based on feedback and changes in training content.

Key Challenges

1. Adapting to changing requirements and feedback from various stakeholders.
2. Ensuring consistent branding and design across a variety of training materials and formats.
3. Simplifying complex training topics without oversimplifying or losing essential information.

Qualifications

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
2. Experiences:
   • Internship or working in Graphic Design.
3. Skills and knowledge:
   • Proficiency in graphic design software.
   • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in creating posters, icons, and pictographs.
   • Excellent visual design skills with an eye for detail and a strong understanding of typography, color, and layout Ability to understand and motivate people
   • Ability to understand and interpret complex concepts and translate them into engaging visuals.
   • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
   • Time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
