Job Summary
The overall role of Executive, Modern Trade is to implement Outlet Execution and Picture of Perfect outlets, manage display planogram at Supermarkets, Minimarts, Baby marts and Pharmacy and generate sales orders following stock rules to ensure weekly safety stocks in each outlet.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily call plan using DMS App (provided mobile device) to monitor both stocks of company’s products and competitors’ products, and manage products’ shelf life
- Manage merchandising planogram to dominate facing and volume share contribution
- Generate order based on weekly stock rules to ensure sufficient stocks for sales and achieve sales target (KPI target)
- Implement trade promotion based on annual business and budget plan; post mortem report after ending trade promotion is required to evaluate purchasing performance of customers.
- Expand more modern trade outlets and opportunity for all product SKUs to increase more customers
- Build good relationship with merchandiser and/or category manager of outlets
- Implement Picture of Perfect Outlet method to communicate brand visibility to consumers.
- Observe activities of competitors within its coverage
- Other tasks assigned by line manager
Key Challenges
- Achieving monthly and annual KPI target requires high commitment and motivation
- Implementing route to market method and making progress of Perfect Outlet method requires ability to demonstrate wise demographic plan and assessment of Perfect Outlet
Qualifications
- Education:
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant fields
- Experiences:
- Possess 1-year experience in sales, preferably with FMCG or Trading
- Experience in Modern Trade channel
- Skills and knowledge:
- Demonstrate good communication
- Demonstrate good command of English and Khmer
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Ability to learn and use new technology
