Job Summary
The overall role of Executive, Sales Administration is to proceed Sales Orders and address communication between customers, Sales team and Delivery teams to effectively support daily sales operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer calls and enquiries from customers and work with relevant stakeholders (field sales staff, delivery team, etc.) to ensure that concerned issues are addressed.
- Process Sales Orders (SOs) based on Purchase Orders placed through inbound calls, field sales staff and walk-in customers to ensure that there are SOs ready in the system for delivery.
- Check and verify payments made through bank transfer and/or other money transfer platforms before issuing Sales Orders (SOs)
- Consolidate daily SOs and report to relevant stakeholders
- Make outbound calls to customers to provide, collect or update relevant information such as (promotion, order delivery status, customer information, etc.)
- Other tasks assigned by line manager
Success Factors
- Maintain high accuracy in SOs processing to ensure smooth daily operation
- Provide prompt response to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure that issues are satisfactorily addressed
Qualifications
- Education:
- University student in Business, Economics, Accounting or related fields

- Fresh graduate is encouraged
- Experiences:
- 1 year experience in data entry and basic SAP usage, administrative process
- Experience in TeleSales is advantage
- Skills and knowledge:
- Telephone communication, administration, data entry
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Ability to learn and use new technology
