Job Summary
The overall roles of Officer, Procurement is responsible for processing purchase orders and invoices in order to support Procurement function with purchasing processes and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Review detailed service requirements, goods specifications and terms and conditions with Delivery function to determine the needs for purchase.
- Source suppliers of delivery service providers and select the best quotation for requested items
- Analyze service fees and quotations to support price negotiation, vendor selection and service contract management.
- Review invoices and claim documents and work with Finance function to accurately process payment.
- Prepare monthly report to inform function manager and propose changes to improve operations.
- Perform other duties as required

Qualifications
- Education:
- At least Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or related fields
- Experiences:
- At least 3 years of experience in procurement
- Skills and knowledge:
- Competence in managing stock, excellent negotiation skills, communication skills, problem solving, integrity, honesty, and a great team player.
- Good command of English and Khmer
- Ability to operate a package of advanced MS Office.
