Supervisor, Employee Services

Job Summary

The Supervisor, Employee Services leads a team of employee services to ensure the efficiency of HR services and deliver great employee experience through effective implementation of employee engagement activities, onboarding and offboarding deliverables, employee benefits administration (NSSF and Insurance), employee relations handling, and HR/labor compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Initiate, lead, and organize staff engagement event and activities, meeting venues, and company events to enhance staff well-being and productivity across all functions.
  2. Drive the execution of onboarding for new hires and offboarding for departing employees to ensure on successful integration on their first working day, and positive departure on their last working day.
  3. Administer employee benefits and well-being programs to enhance employee experience, engagement and commitment and promote the company as a best place to work.
  4. Lead employee satisfaction survey by working closely with HR Business Partners (HRBP) including findings analysis, report presentation with recommendation, and area of improvement to enhance overall employee experience.
  5. Provide assistance to employees on benefit-related inquiries, escalate employee relations issues, collaborate with HRBP and management to find effective solutions.
  6. Establish and nurture positive connections with government officials, including those from MoLVT, NSSF, tax authorities, and others to keep up to date on country labor laws and relevant legislations changes.
  7. Provide necessary update on HR process compliance to management for necessary decision making in order to mitigate organizational risks.
  8. Prepare employee services budget reports, and provide insightful HR reports to HRBPs and HR Leadership to monitor and take appropriate actions.
  9. Perform HR administrations to ensure that HR services are professionally delivered.
  10. Perform other duties as assigned by superior.

Qualifications

  1. Education:
    • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any field with relevance to Human Resources, Administration Management and/or aspects of roles described above
  1. Experience:
    • At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources or related fields
  2. Skills and knowledge:
    • Cambodia Labor Law and Regulations
    • Skill in organizing event
    • Administration management
    • Good communication and presentation
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
    • Strong command both Khmer and English languages
