Supervisor, HR Analytics and HRIS

Job Summary

The overall role Supervisor, HR Analytics and HRIS is to lead and manage data administration, maintenance, and optimization of HR technology solutions as well as ensure data accuracy, security, and the efficiency of HR system operations.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Supervise and lead HRIS team, providing guidance, coaching, and support
  2. Oversee the daily operation and administration of HRIS, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee data
  3. Develop, review and generate regular and ad-hoc reports to support HR and organizational decision-making (e.g., payroll, attendance, performance)
  4. Provide insights through data analysis and interpretation of HR metrics
  5. Collaborate with HR and IT teams to optimize HRIS functionality and streamline HR processes
  6. Analyze and manage the generation of HR reports and data analysis; ensure compliance with data protection regulations, employee data integrity and HR best practices
  7. Assist in reviewing, revising and updating SOP, HR policies, guidelines and procedures to align with company culture and core values
  8. Collaborate with HRIS vendors to address system issues, implement updates, and optimize performance or enhancement as needed
  9. Oversee vendor service performance, negotiate contracts, and recommend changes as needed
  10. Participate in internal and external HRIS data audits
  11. Lead initiatives to enhance HR technology capabilities and stay ahead of industry best practices
  12. Perform other relevant tasks as required by superior and related cross- functions

Qualifications

  1. Education:
    • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree of Human Resources, Mathematics, Business, Data Analytics, Information Technology, or related field
  2. Experience:
    • At least 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources-related field
  3. Skills and Knowledge:
    • Demonstrate proficiency in leveraging digital tools and technologies Be digitalized oriented
    • Proficiency in HRIS software, databases, and reporting tools
    • Strong analytical capabilities to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions
    • Proven problem-solving skills to address challenges related to HRIS and process optimization
    • Proven track record in managing projects related to system upgrades, implementations, and process improvements
    • Good communication and report presentation skill
    • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software applications
    • Strong command of both Khmer and English languages
