About Our Program
ONE MORE GROUP’s Young Professional Program (YPP) is a 6-months program designed to fast-track talented, dynamic fresh graduates and young professionals to grow rapidly and become specialists in sales and distribution, food and beverage manufacturing, and hospitality industries.
Program Type: Full-time
Program Length: 6 months
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor or Master’s Degree or any higher qualification
- Strong academic record (GPA of 3.0 and above, or equivalent)
Experience:
- Fresh graduates or year-4 students who will graduate in 2025 or professionals with 1-2 years’ experience
- Extra-curricular, volunteer, or internship experiences are a plus
Skills and Knowledge:
- Analytical, problem-solving, and effective communication skills
- Proficient in English and Microsoft Office
Mindset and Attitude:
- Growth mindset with a passion for learning and self-improvement
- Self-motivated, positive, resilient, and team-oriented
- Interest in FMCG industry or related is favorable
