Job Summary
The overall role of Technician, Utility is to operate all utility section including steam boiler, water treatment, electricity generator, air compressor as well as to operate waste water treatment plant to control quality specification of effluent conform to Ministry of Environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and Control whole utility section including boiler, water treatment, waste water treatment, generator, chiller, air compressor and EDC powder are ready at all time to supply the production and office utilization with good quality and adequate quantities
- Report about stock and daily consumption of heavy fuel oil, diesel, LPG and chemical
- Monitor utilities consumption and minimize all kind of losses (water, HFO and electricity consumption).
- Complete report the daily utilities operation, maintenance and report to Supervisor, Utilities
- Implement 7S (5S, Safety and Security) at plant areas
- Control prompt reliable repair and maintenance service responding to problems occurred, identify problems, conduct Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA), and follow through the solutions
- Other job will be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications
- Education:
- University degree or Master degree in Engineering, Electric, Mechanic or equivalent
- Experiences:
- 1 years of experience in Technical Management or equivalent in FMCG Manufacturing
- Skills and knowledge:
- Working knowledge of the principles of manufacturing management and interdependencies.
- Working knowledge of ISO, GMP, 5S and HACCP in a manufacturing environment
- Competencies in computer and Microsoft offices skills
- Good level of English (Writing, listening and Speaking)
