Job Summary
The overall roles of Engineer, Cloud Infrastructure, is responsible for design, implement, and administer cloud services, infrastructure, and cloud security for the company. In addition, engineer, cloud infrastructure, will work closely with the other ICT sub-functions to ensure proper service deployment on cloud.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Manager, IT Infrastructure, to develop plan for the use of cloud services to support business operation
- Design, plan and implement cloud solution with trusted security to support business operation
- Collaborate with Application Development sub-function for deploying new application on cloud
- Implement effective security strategies on cloud networks
- Identify and work with appropriate cloud providers
- Ensure the cloud network is responsive to the demand of business growth
- Troubleshoot issues which relate to cloud network
- Monitor usage of cloud network
- Other tasks assigned by superior
Key Challenges
- Be able to maintain and update according to the rapid change of cloud technology
- Require significant investment on cloud services
- Be able to adapt to IT security technology
Qualifications
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
- Experiences:
- Two years of experience relate to server virtualization, AWS, VMWare, Azure
- Knowledge on IT Security field
- Good knowledge on IT infrastructure
- Skills and Knowledge:
- Good communication skill, collaboration, training and support
- Good command of English
