Job Summary
Overall role of Technician, Gardening is gardening planning, maintaining, leading to produce the all trees and gardening flowers are good health, order and beautiful.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and grow the garden to ensure it meets specific requirements and expectations
- Service all garden equipment and machinery are well control
- Advise management on the costs of plants and garden necessities with detailed written quotations and reports.
- Ensure a safe environment for staff and third parties by adhering to safety and health regulations
- Spraying and treating plants to control disease or insects
- Examining plants and trees to determine their condition and decide appropriate treatment
- Initiate for planting and bracing plant trees if any needed.
- Other relevant task will be assigned by Officer, premise.
Key Challenges
- Demand for high commitment and accountability exceeding the normal working hours
- Challenge to influence and deal with different personalities
Qualifications
- Education:
- Bachelor degree of agriculture
- Experiences:
- At least 1 years’ proven experience in gardening trees maintenance
- Experiences in health care of all plants
- Skills and knowledge:
- In-depth knowledge of plants and gardening techniques
- Organizational and administrative skills (concern for order and attention to details)
- Good at communication and coordination skills
- Good command of computer literacy (Microsoft office)
- Good command of Khmer and English (Writing, Speaking, Listening, and Reading)
